Ordering An order is only binding on Nostro A/S once a written order confirmation has been issued to the purchaser.

Delivery All quotes are based on EXW (Ex Works) terms unless otherwise agreed. This means that shipping costs and any delivery-related fees are not included in the quoted price.

Nostro A/S bears no responsibility for whether the equipment meets import regulations in the destination country. The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable import rules.

Any discrepancies or missing items must be reported to Nostro A/S promptly upon receipt. Failure to do so may affect the purchaser's ability to make claims related to the delivery.

Risk for the equipment transfers to the purchaser upon completed delivery. Ownership does not transfer until full payment — including any outstanding fees — has been received by Nostro A/S.

Returns & Cancellations Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or amended unless explicitly agreed upon with Nostro A/S.

To initiate a return, the purchaser must contact the relevant Nostro representative by email, providing the order number and a description of the issue. A Nostro representative will then issue an RMA number.

All returns must be shipped with the RMA number clearly marked on the packaging. Returns received without prior contact or a valid RMA number will generally not be accepted.
