Shipping & Delivery

Incoterms Unless otherwise agreed, all quotes from Nostro A/S are based on EXW (Ex Works) terms. This means that shipping costs and any fees related to the delivery of goods are not included in the quoted price.

Import regulations Nostro A/S does not take any liability for the allowance or suitability of equipment for import into the destination country. It is the purchaser's responsibility to obtain information about and comply with any regulations related to the import of purchased equipment.

Missing or incorrect deliveries Any missing or incorrect items must be reported to Nostro A/S without unnecessary delay. Nostro A/S cannot be held responsible for claims related to delivery if not notified promptly upon receipt of goods.

Risk and ownership The purchaser accepts all risks associated with the equipment upon completed delivery, regardless of ownership. Ownership of the equipment passes to the purchaser only when full payment — including any additional fees such as late payment fees — has been received by Nostro A/S.
