Do you provide quotes? Yes. Contact us with your requirements and we'll provide a quote as quickly as possible.
Is VAT included in your prices? All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to? We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination and availability.
Are shipping costs included in the price? No. Unless otherwise agreed, all quotes are based on EXW (Ex Works) terms, meaning shipping costs are not included.
How quickly can you deliver? We aim to ship as quickly as possible. Lead times depend on product availability and destination. Contact us for a specific estimate.
Products & Quality
Is the equipment tested before shipping? Yes. All equipment is tested and verified before it ships.
What brands and products do you carry? We carry a wide range of enterprise hardware including IBM Power systems, Cisco networking equipment, storage solutions and memory modules. We also offer refurbished consumer devices such as laptops, iPhones and iPads.
Can you source specific components or configurations? Yes. If you don't see what you need, get in touch — our extensive supplier network means we can often source specific items on request.
Returns
What is your return policy? Returns must be initiated by contacting your Nostro representative by email, providing your order number and a description of the issue. We will then issue an RMA number which must be clearly marked on the return shipment.
Can I cancel or change an order? Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or changed unless explicitly agreed upon with Nostro A/S.
